Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your beskaaf. piece as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s what you need to know:

– You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

– Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

– To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@beskaaf.com with your order number and reason for return.

– Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

– Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund or send out your exchange.
