How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your favourites to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll send you an email with your order details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards and secure EFT payments via Stitch Express. Your details are encrypted and completely safe with us.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, drop us a mail at info@beskaaf.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You’ll be able to follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Our pieces move fast and are limited. Join our mailing list or follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop about restocks and new drops.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — at the moment, shipping is free on all current orders in South Africa.
Where do you deliver to?
Right now, we only deliver within South Africa. We are busy making plans to ship worldwide in the near future.
What’s your return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. You can read the full returns policy here.
